Erasmus+ students that would like to study at the TEI of Crete should fill out both the application form and learning agreement given below and send them to the International Relations Office at the beginning of the semester prior to the semester they wish to study here at TEI.

Deadlines to hand in paperwork:
For Winter Semester – 30 May
For Spring Semester – 30 November
When these documents are received and have been appropriately signed, the student and their home institution are informed by e-mail and/or fax and the forms are mailed back to them. This confirms the students acceptance, so be sure to have these signed forms before arriving.
After acceptance Erasmus+ students should report to the International Relations Office:
For Winter Semester:Between 20th and 30th September
For Spring Semester: Between 15th and 28th February
Practical training: The above deadlines are not for practical training students. But notice that: Training Agreement and Quality Commitment and ON-LINE application form should be sent to the International Relations Office two months before student’s arrival.
The International Relations Office is open from Monday to Friday, 10:00-14:00.
All incoming Erasmus+ students should first come to the International Relations Office, in order to be registered.
Each student should bring with them:
- 2 passport photos
- Student card of the home institution (2 copies)
- European Health Insurance Card (2 copies)
- Passport or ID (2 copies)
Students coming for practical training must have the European Health Insurance Card and Accident & third party liability insurance (2 copies), plus all the above documents.
Students are provided with the registration documents which they have to submit to the relevant Department so as to obtain a student card and to get a discount for the transport means. Furthermore, the statement of arrival is sent by e-mail or by fax or by normal post to the students’ home institution if this is required.
