Dr Panagiotis Zervas, holds a PhD in "Prosody Modeling of Greek Speech with application to Text to Speech Systems" from the Electrical Engineering Department and MSc in "Signal Processing Systems and Applications" from the Computer Engineering Department of Patras University, Greece. His main research interests include speech processing, machine learning, music information retrieval and network music performance. Dr. Zervas has over 40 publications in international conferences, journals and book chapters. He has worked as a researcher in ATMEL HELLAS and has participated in many Greek and European research projects such as POLYSHMA "Image, Sound and Language Processing" Program (GSRT), POLOS (IST-2001-35283), GEMINI (IST-2001-32343), INSPIRE (IST-2001-32746), E2M (IST-2000-30167), MUSINET (Thales – 2012- 914/ 377282). Since May 2008 he is a lecturer in the Department of Music Technology and Acoustics of TEI Crete.
