Welcome to the Department of Ιnformatics Engineering of the Technological Educational Institute of Crete
The Department of Informatics Engineering of the Technological Educational Institute of Crete was founded in 1999, under the name of the Department of Applied Information Technology and Multimedia and welcomed its first undergraduates in September 1999. In 2013, its name was changed to Department of Informatics Engineering, School of Engineering, based in Heraklion, offering three separate subprograms:
